Services are typically billed at $95 per 50-minute session, unless you are using your insurance and Between Us Associates has contracted a different fee with your insurance company. We also offer a limited amount of home-based services at rates of $145 for a 60 minute session, $180 for 90 minutes, subject to schedule availability and driving distance.
Between Us Associates provides services on a fee-for-service basis, with payment due at time of service. We are in-network providers for the Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield family of insurances, Aetna, United Behavioral Health including Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Coventry/First Health and for NH Medicaid (Healthy Kids). If you use your health insurance to pay for therapy, your insurance company will have access to information about your mental health including diagnosis and overall progress toward goal attainment and may limit your treatment duration.

If you would like to use your insurance benefits and Between Us Associates is not a contracted provider for your insurance plan, you may be eligible for out-of-network benefits. If you choose to use out-of-network benefits, you will need to pay for services at the time of your session and seek reimbursement from the insurance company. Utilizing out-of-network benefits requires you to phone your insurance company ahead of time to determine your co-payment and find out if you have a deductible to meet. If your insurance company requires a preauthorization for sessions, it is important to obtain one prior to our first session. It is best to speak with a service representative at your insurance company to learn their policy on behavioral health coverage because you will be responsible for the full payment of any outstanding balance.
Some people utilize other methods of payment, such as their work-related HRSA or Flexible Spending Account, if mental health services are allowable by the particular plan.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel an appointment please call (603) 836-5003 at least 24 hours before your appointment. Clients failing to keep appointments, or not cancelling at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment, will be charged a fee of $55. This is not billable to your insurance company, so you will be responsible for the full fee.
